Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive, located in Coimbatore. The Customer Service Executive will handle day-to-day tasks that include providing exceptional customer support, managing customer service activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will address customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain records of customer interactions. The Executive will also work closely with various departments to improve service delivery and contribute to the overall customer experience.
