Eligibility Requirements

• 0 to 3 years of experience in BPO, customer support, or voice-based roles

• Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi

• Comfortable working in rotational day shifts

• Basic computer skills with adequate typing ability

• Positive attitude with eagerness to learn and grow
