Diploma or certification in healthcare management, customer service, or allied fields preferred.
1 3 years of experience in customer service, healthcare coordination, or patient support roles.
Strong communication skills in English/ Tamil / Telugu / Bengali / Malyalam / Kannada / Gujarati.
Comfortable using CRM systems, WhatsApp, and telecalling tools.
Contact digital leads within 3 hours of lead registration during working hours.
Explain program details clearly and schedule HCP calls.
Verify patient eligibility documentation:
Valid prescription (doctor stamp/signature, within 90 days)
Create and maintain patient profiles in CRM.
Conduct enrolment calls covering:
Program overview (3 months)
Rx verification
Device demonstration
Scheduling diet consultations
Perform scheduled follow-up calls (twice monthly for 3 months).
Identify, document, and escalate all adverse events (AEs) or product complaints to HCP and Emcure compliance as per protocol.
Share educational materials and program updates via WhatsApp.
Manage inactive/reactivation logic as per SOP.
Must not provide medical advice, alter prescriptions, or promote products.
