Primary Responsibilities

• Respond to customer emails and correspondence within 24 hours.
• Ensure high standards of service quality and first contact resolution (FCR).
• Handle a set number of email cases per day, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
  

Secondary Responsibilities

• Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage challenging customer situations with professionalism and empathy.
• Support initiatives to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  

What We Are Looking For
Education

• Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
  

Experience

• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in email-based support or banking operations.
  

Skills and Attributes

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Strong understanding of liabilities products and processes.
• Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and go the extra mile to resolve customer issues.
