As a Customer Service Representative at Codera Academy, your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional service to our customers through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat. You will be expected to promptly address and resolve customer inquiries and issues, as well as assist with enrollment processes and provide detailed information about our courses and programs. Collaboration with other team members is essential to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience. Your negotiation skills will be put to use in handling customer complaints and finding suitable solutions that align with their needs. Your problem-solving abilities will be crucial in addressing complex situations and delivering appropriate resolutions to any challenges that may arise. Effective communication is key in this role, as you will be required to interact with a diverse customer base. Your proficiency in spoken English and Hindi will enable you to engage with customers from various backgrounds and provide them with the support they need.
