Key Responsibilities

Monitor security alerts and events from SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, antivirus, and other security tools 24x7.Perform initial analysis and triage of security incidents to identify false positives and genuine threats.Escalate complex or confirmed incidents to L2/L3 SOC analysts or incident response teams.Document incidents, observations, and actions taken in the incident management system.Assist with maintaining SOC tools and dashboards to ensure operational effectiveness.Follow established processes and procedures for incident handling and reporting.Communicate clearly and promptly with SOC team members and other IT teams.Participate in shift rotations and on-call schedules as required.
