Handle inbound and outbound calls, messages, and emails.- Resolve customer complaints and queries in a professional and timely manner.- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-ups.- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of issues.- Provide customers with detailed product and service information.- Follow up with clients to ensure service satisfaction and retention.Required Skills & Qualifications:-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu (preferred).- Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.- Basic computer knowledge; proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools preferred.- Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively.- Prior experience in customer service, telesales, or support roles is an advantage.Eligibility:-
