Customer Service Engineer (After Sales Engineer)

As a Technical Support Engineer for submersible pumps, motors, and various pump systems, your role will involve providing technical assistance, performing installations, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering, excellent problem-solving skills, and exceptional customer service abilities. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support to customers, distributors, and field service technicians via phone, email, or on-site visits. - Identify and resolve technical issues related to submersible pumps and motors, including fault diagnosis and repair. - Perform on-site service and repair of a wide range of pumps and pump systems. - Conduct training sessions on product operation, maintenance, and repair for stakeholders. - Maintain accurate records of technical support, service, and repair activities. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and enhance product performance. - Provide feedback to the R&D team for product improvement. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field. - 7-10 years of experience in after-sales service, technical support, or a related field. - Strong knowledge of submersible pumps, motors, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
