As a Customer Service cum Sales professional in the field of freight forwarding (sea & air), your role involves: - Handling client inquiries and providing excellent customer service - Utilizing your sales knowledge to promote company services - Drafting emails with precision and professionalism Qualifications required for this role: - Well qualified with 4 to 5 years of experience in freight forwarding - Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills - Polite and courteous demeanor towards clients - Immediate availability for joining the company Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule.
