Customer Service Coordinator

Role Overview: As a part of Protium: The Company, you will be responsible for leading a team of trained product experts to ensure our customers have a delightful and frictionless experience. Your main focus will be on escalation handling, voice, non-voice, and walk-in customer support, query resolution, MIS generation, and team management.
