Job Description

Role Summary:
To ensure efficient and timely delivery of products while upholding quality standards and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Address and resolve concerns of walk-in customers in a professional manner.
  • Conduct initial assessments of customer complaints to determine necessary action.
  • Manage Point of Sale (POS) operations and accurately create job sheets.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when needed to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain and manage spare parts inventory to support service efficiency.
  • Coordinate and oversee product transfers from Head Office to brand outlets.
  • Assist the Customer Relations Executive (CRE) in compiling and updating customer databases for service-related activities.

Note: Male candidates preferred for this role.
