Designation: Customer Service Associate Qualification: HSC Passed and above Process Type- Voice ( Sales ) Experience- 6 months or above experience (Preferable) Qualification- Any Graduate/HSC Job Type: Full-time Salary: 14,500 to 17000 per month Requirements: Should be ready to work for the Voice process Clarity of speech and thought is expected with basic computer knowledge. Should previously have sales domain experience Immediate joiners Preferred. Must have a good command & fluency in English , Job Description Answer incoming calls from customers with inquiries on product orders Assist various departments in facilitating sales of all products in the company portfolio Analyze customer issues and assist in resolving within the required timeframe Coordinate with customers and ensure appropriate questioning to identify issues Manage all customer inquiries and summarize to present to management Administer and prioritize customer tasks and ensure achievement of all deadlines within the required timeframe. Maintain accuracy of all data and verify the same for all customer services Proven customer service/support experience Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Familiar with CRM systems and practices Excellent communication and presentation skills. Manage time effectively.
