Customer Service Assistant

Role Overview: You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Additionally, you will provide product information and assistance to customers, process orders, returns, and exchanges, handle customer complaints, and escalate when necessary. Your role will also involve assisting customers with technical support, maintaining accurate customer records and documentation, collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues, and identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
