Customer Service Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Customer Service Executive with English , Hindi Communication to join our growing team. Those who are passionate to take up the role can apply.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling leads, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Present and promote company products/services to prospective customers.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
• Coordinate with marketing and support teams to maximize customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
