Customer Service Assistant

You will be part of an International Voice Process with a profile in Customer Support. Your primary responsibility will be assisting customers with their queries and concerns in a professional manner. Key Responsibilities: - Handling inbound and outbound calls from customers - Providing timely and accurate information to customers - Resolving customer issues and ensuring customer satisfaction - Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times Qualifications Required: - Minimum qualification required is 12th pass or Graduate - Fluent communication skills in English are a must The company is looking for immediate joiners who are willing to work in rotational shifts 24/7.
