Customer Service Assistant

To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 6 months of experience in customer support, preferably in a domestic calling process. A positive attitude, customer-centric approach, and the ability to multitask and manage time effectively will contribute to your success. Basic computer knowledge, including familiarity with MS Office and CRM systems, will be advantageous in carrying out your duties.
