Job Description

You will be responsible for managing customer service and pricing for both Air and Sea Export and Import operations. Your key duties will include maintaining good relationships with airlines and liners to secure competitive rates, handling shipments for both export and import via air and sea, and coordinating with customers, airlines, and destination points. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai with a salary of 4.5 Lakhs per annum. The ideal candidate should have at least a Higher Secondary (12th Pass) education and a minimum of 1 year of work experience in customer service. Proficiency in English and Hindi languages is preferred for effective communication in this role. The work location will be in person, requiring you to be present on-site for the job.,
