Customer Service Advisor – Hybrid Work Model

We’re Hiring – Customer Service Advisor / Chat & Email Support Specialist . Hybrid Work Model – Initial training in-office, followed by hybrid (combination of office + WFH)

Join our team as a Customer Service Advisor for an International Blended Process (UK-based).
If you're passionate about customer support Customer service and have excellent english communication skills, this is your chance to work in a fast-paced global education project.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via inbound calls, emails and chats
• Provide quick and timely resolutions to customers.
• Record and update customer details
• Maintain a professional tone empathy in every customer interaction .

Requirements:

• HSC or Any Graduate
• Excellent English communication (spoken & written)
• Freshers can apply with Strong English Communication OR Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice Process / Inbound/Blended Process
• Experience in BPO /Call Center or customer service is a plus
• Willing to work in rotational Day shifts - (5-day work week) Rotational Week Off.
