As a Customer Experience Manager at the store, your primary role is to ensure a best-in-class customer experience. This involves instilling a CUSTOMER FIRST mindset within the Store team and proactively finding solutions for all customers. You will be stationed at the welcome desk, addressing customer queries through various mediums such as face-to-face interactions, calls, emails, and social media. It is crucial to deepen your understanding of customer experience (CX) by familiarizing yourself with CRM systems and practices. Analyzing customer feedback from different touchpoints will play a vital role in enhancing the overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome customers at various touchpoints within the store. - Provide training to teammates to enhance customer assistance skills. - Promote Store-Assisted Orders and App Downloads. - Collaborate with the team to make decisions that improve the local customer experience. - Prioritize ensuring a smooth checkout experience for customers by optimizing cash counter operations. - Develop the store business through a Circular Economy approach. - Recruit, develop, motivate, and take care of human capital. - Share values, culture, and human fundamentals with teammates. - Anticipate human needs and recruit talents aligned with the commercial strategy.
