Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Customer Relations Manager. The Customer Relations Manager will handle customer inquiries, provide detailed product information, resolve customer issues, and ensure overall customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include managing client relationships, addressing concerns and feedback, and maintaining records of customer interactions.
