Work Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Rotational weekly off)

Who You Are

As an CRM Executive – Sales & Service, you will play a key role in driving sales, building strong dealer/distributor relationships, and ensuring superior customer service. This role requires a balance of sales expertise, after-sales support, and excellent interpersonal skills to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and close sales.
  • Maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and customers.
  • Respond promptly to customer/dealer queries via email, phone, and other official channels.
  • Track and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide the best solutions.
  • Continuously work towards improving customer experience and service quality.
  • Record and report customer/dealer feedback and inquiries proactively.


Requirements

  • Passion for customer service and problem-solving.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in Hindi and English (knowledge of South Indian languages is a plus).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer support or sales role.
  • Prior exposure to customer care platforms like Freshdesk will be an advantage.
  • Team player with the ability to work collaboratively across functions.
