Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Sales Executive to join our team in Erode. The ideal candidate will have 0 to 3 years of experience.
Roles and Responsibility

Identify potential business customers with the guidance of the Supervisor/Manager.

Collect and validate customer documents according to organizational norms.

Log cases in the system as per SOP and follow the process for disbursement.

Fulfill the sanction ratio as per organizational requirements.

Meet customer needs and cross-sell multiple products under the guidance of the Supervisor/Manager.

Empanel new vendors and develop relationships with their help.

Ensure compliance with all Audit/RBI regulations with the guidance of the Manager/Supervisor.

Job

Any graduate or postgraduate degree.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

Basic knowledge of financial services and banking operations.

Familiarity with audit and RBI regulations.

Ability to build strong relationships with customers and vendors.

Experience in customer relationship management, access controls, telephony support, asset management, vendor management, information systems, and data analysis is an added advantage.
