Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Sales Executive to join our team in Hissar, responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry.
Roles and Responsibility

Perform tasks under the guidance of the Supervisor/Manager to achieve business objectives.

Identify potential customers and collect documents for new business.

Validate customer documents according to organizational norms and log cases in the system as per SOP.

Fulfill the sanction ratio requirement and meet customer needs while cross-selling multiple products.

Assist in empaneling new vendors and developing relationships with them.

Ensure compliance with all Audit/RBI regulations.

Job

Strong understanding of banking or financial services operations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Educational qualificationsAny Graduate, Postgraduate.
