As a Customer Sales Associate (CSA) at our furniture showroom, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service to our customers by understanding their needs, guiding them through product selections, and ensuring their satisfaction with their purchases. You will play a vital role in converting walk-ins into happy buyers.
