Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Renewal Manager located in Noida. The Customer Renewal Manager will manage customer retention and renewals, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include identifying renewal opportunities, managing account portfolios, working closely with customers to understand their needs, and addressing any issues that may arise. The role involves maintaining long-term relationships with clients and driving continuous improvement in customer renewal processes.
