Position- Customer Care Executive

Location- Thane Wagle Estate

Junior level to fresher

Immediate Joiner

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email (no out going calls)
  • Resolve complaints and provide appropriate solutions
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth resolution of issues
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Patience and empathy in handling customer concerns
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software

Qualifications

  • Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred: Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, or related field
  • Prior experience in customer service or call centre roles is a plus
