Salary Package: Up to ₹35,000 Take-Home (based on previous experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced customer relationship manager with a strong background in telesales or a proven track record in software or EdTech sales or similar sales.

The ideal candidate will have 5–9 years of hands-on sales experience, with the ability to drive revenue through proactive outreach and persuasive communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to pitch & suggest suitable packages.
• Follow up on leads through outbound or inbound inquiries.
• Understand customer requirements and present customized solutions to meet their needs.
• Convert leads into successful sales through effective negotiation and relationship management.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in CRM tools.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5–9 years of professional sales experience, preferably in telesales or inside sales roles.
• Prior experience in software sales, EdTech platforms, or subscription-based services is highly desirable.
• Strong verbal communication and persuasive selling skills (Malayalam, Kannada & Telugu)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
