Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager located in Varanasi. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and acting as a point of contact for client needs. Daily tasks include handling client queries, coordinating with internal teams to meet client requirements, overseeing project progress, and providing continuous support to clients. The role requires excellent communication skills, ability to handle multiple accounts, and ensuring that client expectations are met in a timely and satisfactory manner.
