Job Summary: We are a leading panel manufacturing company looking for a dedicated and proactive Service / Customer Relationship Manager. The role involves handling customer complaints, understanding issues, coordinating with the internal team, and ensuring timely resolutions. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, technically aware, and able to manage service requests professionally. Key Responsibilities: Attend customer complaints via phone, email, and onsite (if required). Understand technical issues related to electrical panels and coordinate with service/production teams. Provide quick and effective solutions to clients. Maintain service logs, complaint records, and closure reports. Follow up with clients for feedback and ensure customer satisfaction. Coordinate for warranty, AMC, and service visits. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Requirements: Experience in electrical panels / LV panels / control panels service (preferred). Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred but not mandatory). Good communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle customers professionally. Basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Excel, CRM).
