Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Customer Relationship Manager (Sales) based in Bhubaneswar. The role includes building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, assisting them in identifying and purchasing their ideal property, and providing personalized support at every step of the process. Responsibilities include generating sales leads, maintaining client databases, coordinating property viewings, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Customer relationship skills, including handling inquiries, building strong rapport, and approaching clients with a customer-first mindset
• Sales expertise, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals effectively
• Communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with prospective and existing clients
• Organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple clients efficiently
• Proficiency in using CRM software and tools is an advantage
• Experience in the real estate industry is preferred
• Self-motivated and results-driven approach to meet sales targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is desirable
