About the Role

Customer Relationship Manager (Key Accounts Manager)

You will play a key role in guiding British and European students (aged 2555) who aspire to pursue university education, ensuring a smooth and successful admission journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with British and European students who have been counselled and are ready to enrol in universities.
  • Maintain strong follow-up and relationship management to

    maximize student conversions and referrals

    .
  • Review student profiles and coordinate with the admin team to process university applications based on eligibility and course requirements.
  • Verify and approve application kits

    before submission to universities.
  • Guide students through

    interviews and assessments

    , ensuring they are well-prepared.
  • Schedule and manage

    interview appointments with universities

    .
  • Maintain effective communication with

    university representatives

    and internal teams.
  • Coordinate with the admin team for

    finance applications

    once students receive university offers.
  • Ensure both

    finance and admission approvals

    are successfully obtained.
  • Collect and manage

    processing fees

    from students as part of the enrollment process.

Requirements

  • Minimum

    2 years of experience in a BPO environment or a sales role

    , preferably in a client relationship, customer success, or account management role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    with fluency in English.
  • Strong

    sales orientation

    and the ability to persuade and influence.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple student profiles.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling international clients.
