Resolve product or service issues promptly and professionally. Guide customers through basic troubleshooting steps. Record customer interactions and maintain support logs. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team. Requirements: Good communication skills in English+ Hindi Basic computer knowledge. Prior customer service experience is a plus.
