Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented CRM Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our customer relationship management (CRM) system to enhance customer interactions, drive sales, and improve overall business performance. This role is critical in a granite and marble business, where strong relationships with clients—including architects, designers, builders, contractors, and individual homeowners—are paramount.
Required Qualification and Skills :-
CRM with at least 3years experience with renowned company or hospitality background
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in using CRM software is a significant advantage
Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
