Customer Relationship Manager (Female)

As a Customer Relationship Manager, your role involves building and nurturing lasting relationships with current clients. You will proactively engage with existing customers to assess their needs and drive repeat business. Serving as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requirements, and feedback, you will work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and quickly resolve any issues that may arise. Your responsibilities will include creating and maintaining regular reports on customer feedback and service-related concerns, as well as contributing to the development and execution of customer retention initiatives. Additionally, you will conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze results to provide actionable insights for management.
