Job Description

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and concerns. Guide customers through the solar installation process, providing updates and ensuring understanding of project milestones. Assist in preparing customer agreements, invoices, and other necessary documentation. Educate customers on solar system operation, maintenance, and monitoring tools to maximize system performance.
