• Monitoring Satisfaction:They track customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve them.
• Acting as a Client Advocate:CRMs advocate for customers within the company, ensuring their needs are considered in decision-making.

Working with Sales and Marketing:

• Generating Sales Leads:CRMs can be involved in identifying and nurturing potential sales leads.
