Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

As a Customer Service Executive at our company, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating customer data accurately on Google Sheets. Your key responsibilities will include: - Making outbound calls for various purposes such as order confirmation, address verification, follow-ups, cross-selling, and upselling. - Coordinating effectively with internal teams and senior executives to ensure smooth operations. - Ensuring timely order fulfillment by confirming addresses and addressing customer queries promptly. - Supporting customer service operations to enhance the overall customer experience. Preferred qualifications for this role include: - Minimum educational qualification of 12th pass. - 13 years of relevant experience. - Knowledge of Website and Shopify platforms. - Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills. - Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
