Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Manager located in Bhawanipatna. The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, managing customer accounts, addressing client inquiries and concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to cross-sell company products and services. The role also entails coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and handling administrative tasks related to customer management.

• Experience in the NBFC/Banking/financial sector is a plus
