Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) (Immigration Field)

You will be the Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) at Boss International studies, located at Sco no 74-75, 3rd and 4th floor, sector 17-c, chd. Your main responsibility will be to manage client relationships in the immigration field, ensuring their satisfaction and providing support throughout their immigration journey. Your key responsibilities will include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their immigration needs, serving as their main point of contact, assisting them with documentation and application processes, collaborating with internal teams for timely service delivery, tracking client information using CRM tools, identifying opportunities for improvement in client satisfaction, handling escalations professionally, and resolving client issues effectively. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Prior experience in customer relationship management, especially in the immigration sector, is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to multitask, manage time effectively, proficiency in CRM tools, and knowledge of immigration processes and regulations. Problem-solving skills with a customer-first attitude will be crucial for success in this position. This is a full-time, permanent job with benefits including cell phone reimbursement.
