Job Description

As a candidate for the position, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Real Estate sector. The ideal candidate will be a male candidate with an age limit of up to 38 years. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee all activities from post-sales to the handover process. You will also be accountable for ensuring timely documentation and collection as promised to customers. Handling customer queries and meeting their needs with the support of other departments will be an essential part of your role. It will be your duty to enhance and implement the CRM process to improve customer service. Effective coordination with various departments such as Finance, Legal, Sales, and Projects will also be required. You will be responsible for managing bank coordination for customer loan facilities and ensuring timely collections. It will be important to develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction by providing accurate suggestions and advice. Generating leads from existing customers will also be a part of your responsibilities. Having good knowledge of GST and RERA regulations in the Real Estate industry will be beneficial for this role. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The work location is a hybrid remote setup in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.,
