Job Summary We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between the company and customers, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and business growth by delivering excellent service and personalized solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers. Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and concerns. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or services. Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address feedback. Work closely with sales, support, and operations teams to resolve issues. Upsell or cross-sell products/services where suitable. Maintain customer records and track interactions in CRM software. Prepare reports on customer satisfaction, retention, and engagement.
