Customer Relationship Manager

As a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) at Alishan Green Energy Pvt. Ltd., located in Raipur, you will play a crucial role in managing client communication, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Alishan Green Energy is a growing manufacturing company specializing in EVA sheets and backsheets, key components used in solar panels. In this role, you will act as the main point of contact for customers regarding order updates, dispatch status, and general queries. You will work closely with the production, store, and dispatch teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining client records, dispatch schedules, and delivery logs accurately, as well as providing timely updates and resolving any customer complaints or issues related to delivery or product handling. - Coordinate client communication, order updates, and general queries - Liaise with internal departments for smooth operations - Work closely with production, store, and dispatch teams for timely deliveries - Maintain accurate client records, dispatch schedules, and delivery logs - Provide timely updates and resolve customer complaints or issues Qualification Required: - Prior experience in CRM, sales coordination, or dispatch coordination preferred - Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) required - Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and coordination tools essential - Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and follow-up skills needed - Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment If you have prior experience in handling dispatches/logistics coordination in a manufacturing company or a background in sales support or client service, it will be considered an added advantage.
