Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Executive to manage and optimize customer relationship strategies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining the CRM system, analyzing customer data, driving engagement, and supporting personalized marketing campaigns that enhance customer retention and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1.Manage and maintain the CRM database to ensure accuracy and completeness of customer data. 2.Segment customer lists for targeted marketing campaigns and communications. 3.Develop and execute CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and other relevant channels. 4.Analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, conversion, retention) and provide actionable insights. 5.Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align CRM initiatives with business goals. 6.Monitor customer lifecycle and identify opportunities to improve engagement and loyalty. 7.Support integration of CRM with other platforms (e-commerce, ERP, social media). 8.Ensure data privacy and compliance with GDPR or relevant data protection laws.
