Key Responsibilities: 1.Manage and maintain the CRM database to ensure accuracy and completeness of customer data. 2.Segment customer lists for targeted marketing campaigns and communications. 3.Develop and execute CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and other relevant channels. 4.Analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, conversion, retention) and provide actionable insights. 5.Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align CRM initiatives with business goals. 6.Monitor customer lifecycle and identify opportunities to improve engagement and loyalty. 7.Support integration of CRM with other platforms (e-commerce, ERP, social media). 8.Ensure data privacy and compliance with GDPR or relevant data protection laws.

The Collection Executive / Officer is responsible for managing and collecting outstanding debts from clients or customers. The role includes reaching out to defaulters via calls, emails, or visits, negotiating payment plans, maintaining accurate records of collection activities, and ensuring timely recovery in accordance with company policy and applicable laws.
