Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Specialist, based in Lucknow. The CRM Specialist will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining customer retention. The day-to-day responsibilities will include analyzing customer data, developing sales strategies, and coordinating with internal teams to meet project deliverables. Additionally, the role involves leveraging CRM tools to improve processes and enhance customer engagement.
