Join us to shape future leaders. 📌 Job Title: CRM Specialist (Higher Education | EdTech Preferred) 📍 Location: Bangalore (On-site) 🏫 Institution: S-VYASA Deemed-to-be University – Sattva Global City Campus, RR Nagar 🔍 Role Overview We are looking for a CRM Specialist with prior experience in EdTech or education-driven organizations to manage, optimize, and scale our CRM systems supporting admissions, student lifecycle management, marketing automation, and stakeholder engagement. The role is critical in driving data-led decision-making and enhancing learner and parent experience. 🎯 Key Responsibilities CRM Strategy & Operations Manage and optimize CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, LeadSquared, or similar). Design and maintain end-to-end admission and student lifecycle workflows. Ensure accurate lead capture, segmentation, tracking, and conversion. Admissions & Marketing Enablement Collaborate with Admissions and Marketing teams to support campaigns, counselling journeys, follow-ups, and communications. Automate email, WhatsApp, SMS, and call workflows to improve response time and engagement. Track funnel performance, conversion metrics, and campaign effectiveness. Data, Reporting & Insights Maintain data integrity, dashboards, and real-time reports for leadership. Analyse trends related to inquiries, applications, enrolments, drop-offs, and retention. Support forecasting and strategic planning using CRM insights. Integration & Process Improvement Integrate CRM with websites, LMS, payment gateways, and ERP systems. Continuously improve processes through automation and user training. Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and institutional policies. 🧠 Key Skills & Competencies Proven CRM experience in EdTech / Higher Education Strong understanding of admissions funnels and student journeys Hands-on experience with CRM automation and reporting Data-driven mindset with attention to detail Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills 🎓 Qualifications Bachelor’s / Master’s degree (Management, IT, Education, or related fields) 2–6 years of relevant CRM experience (EdTech experience strongly preferred)
