Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Manage customer queries and communication across calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Follow up on abandoned carts and leads to drive conversions.
Maintain customer data and assist with post-purchase engagement.
Resolve customer issues while ensuring a positive brand experience.
Help reduce churn and improve customer retention through regular follow-ups.
Ensure all customer interactions align with the brand’s values and communication standards.
