Job Summary We are looking for a customer relationship executive. Responsibilities and Duties Coordinate with clients to seek their feedback Coordinate with clients to follow up for payments Update database with follow ups done Explain client about our services (occasionally) Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications Degree in Commerce/ management or other equivalent degree or diploma Confident approach Good communication skills in Hindi or English Prior experience of customer relationship A patient approach while dealing with customers Capability to handle pressure and sustain under challenging time Minimum 2 to 10 Years Experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month Experience: Customer service: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
