Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) Location: Edappal, Kerala Company: Sterling Study Abroad Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: Sterling Study Abroad is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our Edappal branch. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for walk-in clients, assisting them with information, handling inquiries, and providing exceptional support throughout their consultation journey. Key Responsibilities: Greet and attend to walk-in clients in a friendly and professional manner. Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries related to overseas education services. Maintain and update student records in the CRM system. Schedule and coordinate counseling sessions. Follow up with leads to ensure conversion and client satisfaction. Support the counseling and admissions team with daily operations. Provide administrative support, maintain office discipline, and ensure a clean and organized front desk area. Requirements: Minimum qualification: Plus Two or any diploma/degree (graduates preferred). Good communication skills in English and Malayalam. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet browsing). Positive attitude, polite demeanor, and good customer handling skills. Willingness to learn and grow in a professional setting.
