Job Title: Customer Relation Executive (Female – Immediate Joiner)
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and confident female Customer Relation Executive who can join immediately. The ideal candidate should have experience in the finance sector and preferably in the stock market domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries, build strong client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist clients with financial and stock market–related services.
Maintain records of interactions and follow up with clients promptly.
Coordinate with the internal team to resolve client concerns effectively.
Requirements:
Female candidates only.
Immediate joiner is mandatory.
Background in finance/stock market (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage client relationships with professionalism and efficiency.
Good in PR
